Eugene Grimley

From 2.00pm, Everyone Welcome!!
Eugene trained as a Woodwork teacher in England in the early 70’s and worked in inner-city Salford and later in Bishop’s Stortford, Herts before moving back to Northern Ireland to teach Technology and Design.

He has been a long-time member of Ulster Woodturning and previously served in the IWG as Secretary & Vice-Chair.

Patrick Sweeney

From 2.00pm...Patrick Sweeney Woodcrafts will be demonstrating
Patrick Sweeney is a native of Donegal, Ireland and involved in Woodcrafts since 1995.

Woodturning and Woodcarving. Patrick uses locally sourced fallen trees. Giving a Second Life to Sustainable Native Irish Hardwoods.

Tomislav Tomašić

From 9.30am, Tomislav will be demonstrating.
Tomislav is a professional woodturner from Croatia.  Trained in many types of woodworking from cabinetry to carpentry. Now specialising in creating custom woodwork such as bowls, plates and other turned objects.

Emmet kane

From 9.30am, Emmet will be demonstrating
Emmet is President of the IWG is well-known in the craft.  A self taught wood sculptor who lives and creates in Ireland, useing mainly Irish wood that comes from sustainable resources.  His work is constantly developing and evolving which is evident in his pieces.

Richard was accepted onto the 'Register of Professional Turners' in 2010 and owns and operates 'The Turner's Workshop, Leicestshire.
